Jose,
what a scene! I plan to visit Portugal next summer, but the north, Douro valley. I like to rent a house or an old Quinta. I hope I will have the opportunity to take photos of similar landscapes!

Hello Saa,
I am sure that you'll get many spectacular landscapes in the Douro valley, which has the big River Douro and much higher hills. I don't know it very well  but most probably it has more potential to landscape photo than the area of the photo.Regards, Josι.
