Hi Nigel,
Great shot! The two kids give an extra to the mechanical report feeling that your train shots usually give. To be honnest I think that it sometimes misses in your other shots. Passenger trains without passenger look like models to me! A happy green man for this one!

I understand where you are coming from Nicolas but for me the main subject wiil always be the staem engine itself.If I am fortunate enough to get other points of interest such as in this shot then that is a bonus

Hello Cliffy!
I can really well understand your passion for steam engines. I have billions of pictures of planes at home... Last summer, I went to the Kew gardens in London. It happened that planes landing in Heathrow were flying right above the park at only a few meters above our heads. My girlfriend was a bit upset when I came back with 300 pictures of planes and none of flowers... Actually, I am quite surprised to see how many different steam trains seem to be "working" in this country! Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by "understand where you are coming from".
