Hello John. You captured a nice atmosphere here, enhanced by your good choice to post this picture in B&W. Although the position is already off-centered as it is, I would have placed the lighthouse a bit more to the right. That means that you will lose the nice fisherman, but for me the balance would feel better. Also that emphasizes the emptiness of the sea (especially if you have some additional sea on the left in the original picture...).
