No option in state name ..

I posted some photos on Haridwar kumbh2010 (..Haridwar is now in the state Uttarakhand India,but in the time of posting I cannot find Uttarakhand in state option..It would be better if you you add this state .

can you tell under which setting you are doing this? when you upload a regular photo it only gives you a country option.. Please provide me with some more details..

when you upload a regular photo it only gives you a country option... and after you have the EDIT page, where "state" is nessary to finish the upload

If I understand, in India TE gallery there is the state of Uttaranchal.
It was created in 2000 with the interim name of Uttaranchal. In January 2007 the name was officially changed to Uttarakhand.
So, the TE data base is not uptodate in this case for three years.
