Hi Yang, a very interesting picture and way of hanging the day's catch. Very nice colors! I wonder how big these fishes are? Regards, Alex

Default Mount Shivling - On the way to Gomukh from Bhujbas

This photo was taken on a bright sunny day in early May, 2009. The previous night was really horrible, Ice rain started late afternoon when we were on the way to Bhujbas from Chirbas. The road (if you can term it kike that) was becoming more and more slippery due to the wet condition for the ice. When we reached Bhujbas it was ice everywhere, visibility was very poor and temperature came down below freezing. We were worried about the next day. But whoever can predict the weather on Himalayas? The next day was really a beautiful sunny one; the ice was still there, so overall a picturesque scenario.
I took this picture on the way to Gomukh as the elegant Mount Shivling is seen rising above the rocks of Tapovan.
