Hello, I am new here. How do I do a workshop on a picture and then upload it? I couldn't figure it out yesterday. Thanks.

Hi Claire, wellcome to TE.
To download the pic you want to process: right-click on it an choose "save as". Then open and edit it in the picture processor of your choice, save it and stay within the 200 kB size limt, go back on TE to the pic you downloaded and then click on "save as Workshop" in the left side bar, select the processed pic in the dialog window that pops up and click on OK to upload is.
