Hi Bisawaroop,

Well you have already provided an honest critique yourself, and I have to agree with you on most points, which begs the questions why did you compose the shot this way if you knew if wasn't the best choice? Anyway, your image is sharp and vibrant, you've captured the light and colours excellently although there is some lens flare near the middle so not quite perfect. I think less sand and more sky would have worked better but also it is so difficult to shoot directly into the sun like this and it being so bright, you did well to control it as much as you did. Thanks for sharing.

I agree James... I posted it just to see what other people think about it. The lens flare was intentional - I was testing out the 35 1.8 lens, and I wanted to know how the flare behaved. Honestly, in my opinion, a bit of lens flare actually looks better than none.
