thanks a lot for your comment. I used photoshop function "save for web". I still don't know how to avoid bad jpeg compression. Any advices?

yes, you can post your picture at 200 ko max ...
this one is at 31 KO ... so hard compression.
Yes, "save for the web" is realy good but maybe between 70% to 100% quality (100% is the best quality but more heavy ...)
