Nice B/W shot. Where did you take this shot? Foreground is little bit washed out but overall it's a good composition. TFS.

Thanks for your critique, well the frame is to get the least size 250pixels hight for TE as you said. I wanted to get a big size panorama, so i took at about 18 photos vertically, each one consisted of 1/3 from the previus one.
