Hiyah Daniel, hope you are well :)
As you know this is my local bridge - I know that spot so well! Something I really like about this shot is the contrast in the colours of the light. The sun is setting in the west to the left of the shot, and you have caught the pink sunset hitting the water and reflecting onto the buildings at the top of the bridge. It is indeed a high tide - a good 3+ metres higher than normal for this spot, near to the upper most limit of the tidal Thames.
Nice timing and nice framing using the tree trunks and that branch; the flotsam is a bonus.

Hi Casper,
thank you so much for your notes :-)) Yes I am well (responding 4 months later !) I have been a bit busy and must confess that I spend much less time on TE than I do on TL - and even then on TL too, these days I spend much less time there than I used to. Bye for now :-) Daniel
