More lovely grub, Debashis!
Good lighting and composition, emphasising the diagonal between the fork and the brown dish. The colours are good together. I like the tiny green herb, and the print picking up the red of the sauce.
I'll try to make some of these too. What is tomato achar? Our tomatoes would not be such a shade of red - it looks more like raspberries (a Scottish fruit).

Tomato achar is nothing but the “Tomato sauce”. To make this you have to boil some well ripe Tomato. After that u should remove the skin of the Tomato and smash it smoothly. After that cook it for some time and add salt, black papper, little bit sugar and vinegar on it. Then make it cold and server it with any types of fast food.
