A unique piece of art. Do you know why it was created and who created it? The sky you have captured is quite unusual with all those subtle colours.

HI Phil
I think they have created it to offer a view of the landscape surrounding that place. It is located on the top of a hill and you can climb on the back of the cow. It it a rest area. But I don't know who has created it. Best regards Denis!
