(I couldn't find the boat:-)
Congrats for your first night shot. This is a god shot. It suffers a bit from over sharpenning but basically it is beautiful and well lit. I think that it can be improved simply by removing the noise from the sky and some cropping.
I'll post two workshop versions, and I hope that you liek at least one of them.

Hi Yitzhak, great that you took time to make not one but two WSs for me! :-)) Thank you so much indeed!! Both ones are wonderful but I was stunned by the B&W version - brings quite different attitude to the pic that I didn't realized could be evoked!
What is the pp program you use?

Hm, shame on me - I have it but still don't use it as I have no time to play with it and learn more..Use the PaintShopPro instead, but obviously it is high time to skip the easy things..;-))
