Its a nice picture of a pretty girl, but so what?
On the technical side, I don't think the background is blurred enough, a wider aperture would have solved this, and I think there's a bit too much power in the flash. Those shiny highlights on the girl's face could have been reduced by setting the flash to under-expose by a stop or two. This would also have balanced the exposure better with the background, making the use of flash less obvious. I usually find that setting -1.7 flash exposure compensation does the trick in these kind of situations.
Sorry to sound so negative, but I'm just telling it like I see it.
