Hello Philip
Beautiful autumn colours.
It has a bit of an untraditional overall look to it, I'm used to seing the leaves surrounded by blue sky or just a bright background. But you choice of having the leaves framing the sky works absolutely great!
The focus and the resulting details look splendid. Sharp colours andthe overlapping shadows just makes things even better.

I've just checked most of your images on TrekEarth and I suddenly want to visit Norway. Are you just a very good photographer or is it a very beautiful country (I suspect both).
I'm new to TE so thanks for writing a nice comment. PHIL |

No sorry, can't say I'm a good photographer.... or at least not yet.
I'm just self learned by try and fail. Yes I would agree that Norway has it's fair share of nice places, if you ever have time and money for it you should have a visit. Be sure to plan up ahead, Norway is a long country! My biggest dream for the moment is to visit Japan, something I will do next autumn. I JUST CAN'T WAIT! Odd Jarle |

If you make it to Japan next year then let me know if you have any questions. I can certainly recommend some great places to visit. I live on the northern island of Hokkaido but I've travelled to most places in Japan.
