Very nice POV, Rodolphe! One of the more original ones here on TE, that's for sure!
You got quite a nice depth here, and the play of light and shadow are a good reason to transform to B&W to enhance the graphics of this scene - a very good call!
Exposure control is also very good, and composition is simple (and graphic), adding depth and repetetive pattern to draw more interest into the main picture.
I managed a WS to increase contrast and sharpness - hope you gonna like it!
