To shiva_sg: There is a Path
There is a trail, visible on the opposite side. To get down to this level from the road the trail is very steep and includes stairways totaling 77 steps. The trail goes around behind the falls and comes out to where I took the picture. The trail and the overhanging ledge frame the view. Don
