Great holmertz 2020-10-08 11:15

Hello Jean,
This is an original and very eye-catching composition from what seems to be an interesting museum. The photo (and the WS) is nicely balanced and well exposed, with the light silhouettes against a dark background making a strong impression. Do the signs at the persons' feet tell the actual story of each individual (or most of them), so that visitors can feel a connection to those persons from 400 years ago? At least this part of the museum looks very photogenic, including a good light and contrasting colours.
Best regards,

Hello Gert, thank you for your kind comments.
Yes, if a line is followed then you get that person's story.

On another wall in this exhibition from floor to ceiling are hundreds of faces, people that we would maybe recognise
from our more recent times who can trace their ancestry back to the Pilgrims of 1620.
Including famous actors and prominent people.

This is a temporary exhibition; probably only running for a year or so.
I will be back soon to get some more shots no doubt. Entry to the museum is free.

Kind regards, Jean.
