Smile To dta: Swimming

Dear Denis

Thank you for your kind words.

In Far North Queensland, it's necessary to swim with a wetsuit or "stinger suit" in case of being stung by the Box Jellyfish - usually from about November to May. The suit is very light weight and is really only a precaution. This is necessary only in the tropical part of Australia. Further south, along the east coast you can swim all year without a suit.

We've just had the wonderful Bulent Atalay and his wife visit our shores.

When can we expect you?

Bonne amities
Lisa
