Bonjour Denis,

It is hard not to over-emphasise the importance of the oyster bed markers, for they act like guides, drawing in from the corners, towards the island.
It is sad that privacy prevents us from viewing the villa but the ruins of the church make a good focal point.
The orange colour of the stones adds vibrancy to the island. Is the colour caused by something living on the rocks, for it seems to be just above sea level?
