What a charming photograph Finlay. One of the most relaxing things is to listen to running water and I bet this sounded lovely. How wonderful for the residents to have this on their doorstep.
The setting and lighting look spot on and you've captured the scene beautifully. I love the yellow flowers on the bush; what are they please, do you know? I first thought of honeysuckle but the flowers look too big.
Very nice.

Thanks for you comments about this shot Sharon. I have to confess that I am not sure what the yellow flowers are myself so I am not able to help you there.
It's a beautiful setting here but, although its not evident from this shot, there are usually a lot of tourists walking around the village during the summer months. It obviously brings business to the area, but must spoil the peace and quiet for the residents. Finlay
