I don't understand how trekearth operates
It is has been more than 1 week since I reported issue of not able to view my uploaded photos in gallery photo section. At first, I wrote to them via email about my problem, then posted on the "Forum feedback and Support" forum There is no response from the support what so ever. Yet, the support team seems to have time to delete my post requesting for assistance instead of helping me.
It is unfortunately that users on this web site is very nice and helpful, but the support is very unprofessional and amateurish.
Very frustrated!!!
