Hi Nick, this is a beautiful composition, but what did you do / how did you do it ? The colours are great and the water is 'weird'..still good work !

Shall i let you into my secret?right if you tried to slow the shutter speed down to blur the water etc and it does not come off for you then theres a easier way although i was caught out yeaterday.Simply get the lasso tool and draw around the area you want the effect,go to filters-blur-motion blur and there you have it,but i didnt tell you ok!,thanks for my points.Kindest regards Nick.
