Excellent composition and well focused. Love the details in the photo, especially that of the hands. Desaturation worked perfectly well, I say. Good job.

Excellent photo! Well composed, with nice details, makes it great. I do agree, however, that the color is a bit off. I've tried a WS, as well. =)

Fantastic picture. The background's colors are lovely. They just add to the feeling of "coldness", as said above. I believe you are a student at UND, no? I will be starting classes this summer, so it'll be an interesting place to photograph. I'll be looking forward to more of your photos!

The picture's very nice, love the ray of light out of the clouds, and the reflection off the sea. If you would have taken the photo a bit lower, it would've been better, as to not have the branch covering the horizon and some of the sun's nice and bright reflection. Either way, I think it's great. Good job. -Florian, your pics are wonderful! I especially admire your eye and enthusiasm at such a young age. Something you should be very proud of! Makes me happy to see people our age (well I'm not too much older than you—three yrs older) that are very enthusiastic of photography. Regards, Angel T.

Very interesting photo Michael! The use of B&W is certainly adequate here. A bit hard to describe, heheh, but it certainly is a wonderful picture! =)

Great! Love the details, lighting, and color. A bit more focus on the background would have been better, though. Cool, nonetheless!

I like it! The reflection makes it wonderful. I see why you compared it to "Yesterday's" pictures. I must say, the pole's reflection (on the right side) confused me for a second, heheh. Very cool! Only minor problem are the branches, but doesn't distract too much, so don't worry. Great work, Gae!
