Photographer's Note
Eagle Aquaduct – It is located near the village of Nerja, 50 kms. East of Malaga (South of Spain), at the Mediterranic Coast, south of a chain of mountains known as “Sierra Almijara” (its peak is 1800 meters high (5400 feet)).
This aquaduct was built during the XIXth Century under the direction of a local builder called Francisco Cantarero. Its structure is composed of four storeys of brick arcades with a total of 38 arches. It was built to supply several Sugar Mill factories processing sugar cane from local plantations which are dated in this area since the XVIth Century. Today, all sugar mill factories are closed but this aquaduct is still used to supply water to communal farmers.
Nowadays, however, this aquaduct menaces ruin and deserves a careful rebuilding to avoid its collapse.

Maybe a bit over-exposed, but a real interesting post.
Good composition and excellent note, that's TE.
Thank you, Rui !

The shape, the balance, the colors, just a very nice picture. But is it really made of bricks? I can't believe it!

Beautiful capture of an interesting structure ;-) The top bit is a bit over exposed, but you could easily remedy this by masking the rest and applying saturation to just the mountains and sky in the background.

Wow - I like the sight of this fine construction very much - add something extra to that fine landscape - too bad to hear about the condition it seams to be in.
Tanks for sharing you fine work Rui.

What a site!! I appreciate the comment and the view but i regret the slight over-exposure. What a pity you couldn't have shot this scenery with sunset light!

A fine view of a fine aquaduct. I think the light helped you quite a bit here, must be evening, right?

Now, this, I like! Beautiful aquaduct and setting as well. Maybe you can crank the saturation just a bit up?

Wow, incredible building. The equality of the stages' thickness is strange in my point of view. We could imagine that the first stage should be much stronger than the last...
Technically, the picture is well framed, so as we can appreciate the entire structure.

Impressive structure!
The top part is a little bit over over exposed. Anyway, very nice picture.
Its a shame that a beautiful structure like this one may collapse because of negligence.
