Photographer's Note

This is the Union Church and cemetery in Durham, PA. It's "old" by United States standards in that it was built in the 1800's.

Durham is a small rural community in eastern Pennsylvania. It is the home of the Durham boats that were used to ship goods between Philadelphia and other eastern Pennsylvania cities in the 1700's. These boats also gained notoreity in during the Revolutionary War in that they were used to transport troops across the Delaware River from Pennsylvania to New Jersey for the Battle of Trenton in 1776.

The photo was originally taken in color but I wanted to give it a more surrealistic look so I applied an infrared plug-in filter to it. Then I added some diffuse glow to it.
