Sarawak Layer Cake or Kek Lapis Sarawak is very popular among Sarawakian in Malaysia. The cake is so soft and sweet, no wonder this is everyone's favorite now. It took at least three hour to bake / prepare the cake. The baker usually need five to six eggs, flour and many more ingredients for this Kek Lapis Sarawak. Every each layer will took five to ten minutes - depends on what kind of oven you'll use. Overall the oven should be set to 120 degree celsius.
