Photographer's Note

I will rewind a little bit back in time from the wilderness of Aisen to Chiloe Island.
This is a photo of a baker standing proudly outside his bakery in Achao of Chiloe Island.

Why the title: In latin American countries it is a common insult to say to someone that their father was the milkman (lechero) or the breadman (panadero). This is because traditionally, the milkman and the breadman delivered their goods directly to peoples homes while the husbands were off to work.
