Photographer's Note

Arkaroola is a holiday resort in the rugged northern Flinders Ranges. Nearby is the Arkaroola Waterhole, a permanent body of water in an intermittent creek. It is surrounded by nicely colored cliffs. In this view a pine tree of the genus Callitris can be seen at the top, and several grass trees are at the bottom.
