Sears Tower, Chicago, Illinois

Another view from the 103rd floor of the Sears Tower. This view, looking east over Lake Michigan. The tallest building seen (the white square one) is the Aon Center (originally the Standard Oil Building), the 2nd tallest building in Chicago at 1136 feet. Even though it is taller than the Hancock Building, it doesn't get the same recognition that it does. During the early 1990s, the entire building was resurfaced with granite due to the failure of the original marble to hold up.

Near the center of the image is Millenium Park.
