Photographer's Note

Before I formally begin this note, I would like to point out that no extra post-processing was done to this photo. There are only the usual minor adjustments of exposure and levels.

Some of you may recognize this skyscraper. The Met Life Building sits on top of Grand Central Terminal. It is a fifty-nine story office building, completed in 1963, in a style known as brutalism.

As I walked outside Grand Central Terminal, the sun came out after a morning of rain. There were some puddles on the street, and I searched them for hidden views. I found this reflection, and instantly loved it. The texture of the ground, and the combination of rainwater on the left, and dampness on the right, really caught my eye.
