Photographer's Note

The wind has been howling like mad the past two days, and it has whipped Clear Lake into a frenzy the likes of which we hardly ever see.

This view is from Anderson Marsh looking north into the coming storm. The lake looked more like the ocean, only since there is no tide, I was able to shoot standing right at the edge of the water.

I was getting rained on intermittently, and sprayed by the gale force off the lake, so it was a challenge keeping my lens dry.
