Photographer's Note

One of my hidden gems in western Colorado. The desert region of western Colorado way north of a tiny town called De Beque with a population of less than 500. It is near Grand Junction, but far enough away to be out of the influence of the light pollution of that city. A place so dark that one can barely see anything in front of them, which means an amazing night sky. In this case the late Autumn Milky Way

Photo was taken at 5000 ISO at 35 seconds on my Rokinon (Samyang) 14mm F2.8 set at F2.8 and Full Framed Canon 5D MkII
