Photographer's Note

Midday at the Navajo Bridge (over Marble Canyon). The wide angle lens allowed me to capture both the sun and its reflection below the new Navajo Bridge as a group of rafters make their way down the river heading for the Grand Canyon and its rapids. The title for the image comes from the sun streak caused by the internals of the lens.

What I hadn't realized before this trip is that Lees Ferry is the dividing line between the Grand Canyon National Park and the Glen Canyon Recreation Area.

ISO 200, 1/1600th second at f/20, 14mm focal length
