Photographer's Note

Few days ago I showed a photo of this historical building, I couldnt resist to publish another one. San Antonio Missions National Historical Park preserves four of the five Spanish frontier missions. These outposts were established by Catholic religious orders to spread Christianity among the local natives. These missions formed part of a colonization system that stretched across the Spanish Southwest in the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. The picture shows Misin San Jos y San Miguel de Aguayo. Known as the "Queen of the Missions", this is the largest of the missions.

In the WS you can see a different image showing the balcony and the tower.
