Photographer's Note

Lake Buchanan, the upper of a chain of lakes forged out of the Colorado River, provides for a sleepy recreation region of Central Texas. Here, we find a high pressure system sitting directly above our immediate region, delivering an unprescedented stillness to an otherwise choppy resovior. With 98 degree weather and zero wind, nature's elements centered us in the eye of stillness.

You will notice rod sets for fishing rods, which we will later use in the day for striper bass fishing.
