Photographer's Note

The ponds and the marshes around Gruissan are characteristic of the area Languedoc-Roussillon side sea.
The mountains of the back-country are different from those of the Massif Central and the Alps.
Each area of France has its own history through the centuries, its local habits and its traditions.
Certain politicians wish to modify the geographical map by the fusion of certain areas or the annexation of departments in other areas.
Exemple Orleans which is in Center Area should belong to the Area of Ile-de-France.
However in my opinion this disfiguration of the countries is unacceptable…
The debate is open.
