A detail I found when I visited the Wat Prathat Chom Kitty, situated at the top of a hill, in Chiang Saen. Besides visiting the temple, here it's possible to enjoy a wonderful view over Chiang Saen and the Mekong River.

Great composition, Ana - you chose a really attractive detail here and framed it nicely against the swooping gold cloth background. The bells themselves are beautifully detailed, clearly handmade with great care, and though they show signs of age the quality is obvious. Nice closeup.

la tua foto di ieri θ molto piacevole per il dettaglio che hai colto come spieghi nelle note.
Mi piacciono in maniera particolare il contrasto dei colori con le tinte del giallo che fanno da sfonfo facendo risaltare le campane. Queste sono ben dettagliate, segno di una accurata messa a fuoco. Anche la luminositΰ θ perfetta e giova alla godibilitΰ dello scatto.

An intriguing and striking close up of the prayer bells in matured colors well defined and critically sharp. The golden blur bg makes it very pronounced. You have great eyes! Well done, congrats.

Good idea for a detail with the flashy Buddha colour as a background and the sharp temple bells in the foreground.

reading your note, i can't help but wonder what the view looks like that you mentioned.
I was also curious by the title of the photo.
the gold/yellow color in the bg really is so important, it contrasts so well against the dark in the fg.
very well shot and displayed.
