Taken from a traditional wooden dhow boat. This view looks over a second dhow boat and then towards 3 buildings - firstly there is the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, then the D-shaped building is the National Bank of Dubai and beyond is the Dubai Chamber of Commerce with a triangular shaped roof.

Good vertical composition in differents plans well delimited. i like the contrast between the differents plans: old botas in the Fg and modern architectur in the BG.

This is a fascinating vertical composition. Your POV and perspective are perfect to take advantage of so much to see. You lead the eye into the scene and so naturally it sees through the picture all the way to the tall building in the distance. The variety of shapes and details are incredible. It is a superb shot.

Hi Marlene,
The traditional and very colourful boat in the foreground makes an intereting contrast to the very modern building in the background. A fine picture with the emphasis on the vertical lines from both the boat and the building!
