This is my 3rd version of Adana Kebap Preperation photo that taken during Adana Kebap Festival in Adana,Turkey.

In Adana every civilisation has created a cultural mosaic by transferring its cultural varieties to the following. Hittities, Romans, Arabs,Armenians, The Beylic Selcuklular, Ramazanoğulları,Ottamans, the tribes Turkoman and nomadic Turkoman contributed to assemble various kinds in the culture of the region. Especiallly with the increasing population in the plain Cukurova in the 19th and 20th century and the important attemps in the agriculture and industrialization produced a great number of changes in the culture of the region.

Congratulations on this good documentary shot with excellent depth of field extending all the way to the houses beyond...The effect of the smoke is also well rendered and adds (of course!) to the pungent atmosphere.

Hi CT,
Another nice capture of the kebab feast. This time you don't have the beautiful mosque on the background but the crowd make a nice complement to the food preparation. I think this guy is happy with so many people around. Great POV and very effect created by the smoke.
