Photographer's Note

When I reached Neishabur it was just my second day in Iran. My first aim was the holy city of Mashhad so I didn’t stopped in Tehran and by car I followed the northern edges of the desert of Dasht-ι Kavir.

I was astonished when I visited at Neishabur the Emamzadθ-yθ-Mohammad Mahrug, a beautiful mausoleum with a 16th century dome. What I like more was the iwan with its elegant decorations and kufic characters. A pleasure for the eyes!
