Photographer's Note

I took this photo on the way back from India juste after a stopover at Sharjah in United Arab Emirates.

We are over a very active seismic zone of the South of Iran, where the arabique patch advance of 3 cms a year in the direction of the Northeast against the Eurasian patch. To fligh over this region is magnificent, because we perfectly distinguish the numerous geologic faults which extend over hundreds of kilometres.

The vertical black line in the upper left of the image is Bastak airport . Have a look to the WS.
