The best time to visit the Nasir-ol-Molk mosque is in the early morning when the sun reflects the stained glass patterns onto the floor. Then the light coming through the colourful windows creates fantastic patterns on carpets, columns, wall and visitors. We had the luck that the day was sunny and many other tourists wanted to see this unique mosque as well.
also known as the Pink Mosque, it is a traditional mosque in Shiraz. It was built during Qajar dynasty rule of Iran.

With dazzling stained glass, thousands of painted tiles on the ceiling and Persian rugs covering the floor, this place of worship is a gorgeous rainbow of color in every direction, like stepping into a kaleidoscope.
Built by the order from one of the lords of the Qajar Dynasty, Mirza Hasan ‘Ali Nasir al-Mulk, it took 12 years to complete in 1888. Its interior reveals a magnificent masterpiece of design with stunning colours.

Two other views in Workshops.

The leaders of Canada and the UK called for a full and thorough investigation into the crash, which killed all 176 people on board.
