Photographer's Note

This was recently taken in Richmond Park just outside of London - one of the largest natural spaces encompasing over 2,500 acres of land. Richmond Park was formerly the King's hunting grounds when he used Richmond Palace as a place to get away from London. It's beauty is still preserved today and the deer still roam.

When we lived in London we used to go every weekend with our dog Guinness but this was the first time I had seen it as beautiful. This was one of my last shots of our walk just as the sun was setting. The mist lingered all day but as the colours of the sky changed and the light dimmed, it became all the more mystical and peaceful. I wish I could have lingered even longer but time did not allow it.

More of my shots from that day and other days can be found here . For more information about Richmond Park, visit their website .
