Photographer's Note

You cannot visit the West Country of England without sampling a cream tea. Tea is taken with scones, clotted cream, and jam. In Cornwall tea was traditionally served with a "Cornish split", a type of slightly sweet bread roll, instead of scones. Rarely seen or served commercially now but still used by Cornish families. This little Tea Room named "The Old Chapel Cafι" is in the north Cornwall village of Zennor.
