The Palacio Almud is a superb building from the 15th century, located in the center of Murcia, next to the gardens of the Malecon. Inside it houses an Exhibition Hall, known as the Hall of Columns, and the dependencies of the Historical Archive.

The Almud Palace carries out an important task in the dissemination of the cultural heritage of the Region of Murcia. It hosts a regular number of temporary exhibitions throughout the year, publishes a series of interesting documents, and the doors of the archive remain open to researchers of regional history.

The Almud Palace is a historic building from the 15th century.

It was not always known by the name of Almud, but over time it has received different names such as Alhndiga, alloga, psito or casa del pan.

The name Almud comes from Arabic, its meaning is related to aggregate capacity measurements.

El Palacio Almud es un soberbio edificio del siglo XV, ubicado en el centro de Murcia, junto a los jardines del malecn. En su interior alberga una Sala de Exposiciones, conocida como Sala de Columnas, y las dependencias del Archivo Histrico.

El Palacio Almud realiza una importante tarea en la difusin del patrimonio cultural de la Regin de Murcia. Acoge un regular nmero de exposiciones temporales a lo largo del ao, publica una serie de interesantes documentos, y las puertas del archivo permanecen abiertas a investigadores de la historia regional.

El Palacio de Almud es un edificio histrico del siglo XV.

No siempre se conoci con el nombre de Almud, a lo largo del tiempo ha recibido diversos nombres como Alhndiga, alfndega, psito o casa del pan.

El nombre de Almud viene del rabe, su significado tiene relacin con medidas de capacidad de ridos.
