Photographer's Note

First of all my sincereally Wishes for all of You of a happy ending of 2005 and also a great new 2006 year with all the best for everybody in the world.

This capture is another view of one of the most beautiful sceneries of the interior of S.Miguel Island. It was captured in my birthdate and it's a great place near the middle of the island. This is a capture to a nice old tourist woman taking her healthy wild nature waterfall and swimming natural bath.

The weather in this morning was very cloudy, with a grey and hazzy atmosphere, so I made some not so wild rectifications by PP in my picture.

If You want to see the Local where I took this picture I give a Google Map with a reference CAMERA ICON here: Link

Technical Note: ISO=200 Focal Lenght=85mm and a smell of Contrast, Gamma light=(-2) for exposure and weather conditions, Hue=Plus one point, Saturation=Plus 3 small points by Olympus C-Camedia Master Software and Neatimage for reduction factors to post. The conditions of weather and atmosphere where not so good.

This is a volcanic region in a forest and a water fall wild nature with hot water and is also a very well known place for tourists and photos of all the world in this North Atlantic region. S.Miguel is the greatest one of nine islands situated in the vast Atlantic Ocean somewhere half a way between central Europe and North America and also a half way between north pole and Equater hemisphere.

Thanks to Cristina, a very well kwown person here that is known by the nickname SNUGGLEAPHAGUS, that lived in this island for some years. So see her work sharing work in this region for complementary information addition and nice work here: Link

This is one of the more international known Island Volcanic places in this Island and this capture photo shows a hot bath in preserved nature and a symbolic vote to all of you of a old 2005 and votes of a great New 2006 Year.

AZORES is like a VIVALDI Four Seasons of simphony and weather condition in a natural atmosphere and ambience, also in a daily life cycle but with good warm climate.

This is a natural and preserved Island that have many people linked to United States, Canada, Brazil and North European Tourists in holidays and also naturally to Continental Portugal.

VISIT AZORES that you would like and not so expensive.

Thanks to ALL of YOU and the Best to you All.
Fernando
