Photographer's Note

These are icecubes on the black sand beach close to the famous Jφkulsαrlσn glacier lake. Huge icebergs of the Breiπamerkurjφkull glacier fall into the lagoon and float slowly towards the sea, shrinking and falling apart. By the time they arrive to the sea, their average size is not bigger than a football. The waves put the icecubes back on the shore creating a unique natural phenomenon.
