Ciao Kasia
interessante idea, il contrasto tra il bianco e la colonna nera che si innalza θ orignale.
Forse avrei utilizzato un taglio verticale per dare piω spazio al riflesso, magari c'era qualcosa che dava fastidio.
Saluti

Witaj Kasia
You seem to come around a lot lately, from the UK to Lithunia to Austria to Norway to Iceland, I am getting quite jealous.
This is a lovely scene with great lines and forms in the different layers of the ice with a gorgeous light. That black iceberg is intriguing, I wonder where that color comes from?
have a good evening

Kasia! Immagine spettacolare! Le masse bianco/grigie arrotondate interrotte dalla punta nera, in piω il nero continua anche nell'acqua... grandissima!

Hello Kasia,
I am not really asking for any bright spots, but it would have been nice to have something indicating what size of icebergs I am looking at. Lacking this I can still enjoy the shapes and colours and marvel at what nature is capable of creating.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Kasia
What an amazing shot! TE often suggests to me places I need to visit, and you've done it again! The slight under-exposure certainly works here, though whether it was deliberate on your part, or the result of your camera's meter being fooled by the abnormally bright, reflective scene I don't know. (I'm sure you're aware that camera meters are set to assume that scenes are more or less 18% grey; thus the common underexposure of so many snow scenes, making the snow a dull grey.) Here, however, the deep blues and greys are appropriate, as you've retained some genuine highlights.
Regards
Will

Czesc Kasiu,
Islandia-piekny,wyjatkowy kraj.Mam nadzieje,ze kiedys uda mi sie go odwiedzic.
Natomiast samo zdjecie i scena sa znakomicie uchwycone.Kolorystyka rowniez dodaje uroku i nastroju.Niby jest dosc monotonna bez kontrastujacych ze soba wyrazistych kolorow, ale to mi sie najbardziej poddoba.Pokazuje nature taka jaka jest.
Pozdrawiam serdecznie i zycze udanego pobytu w Bosni i Hercegowinie

Hello Kasia,
It's a picture where you wonder if this is
taken from nearby or from far. And if
you're curious, you keep looking, a strong
point. Also great are the light management
and the composition.
Friendly regards,

Hello Kasia,
This is both a fsacinating photo and a very well taken one. The black iceberg makes an excellent centre of interest and I love the way it is surrounded by the sparkling white ice.
This must have been an wonderful place to visit.

Hi Kasia,
You're capturing well this place by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the beautiful icebergs with white/blue/black and many shapes. It's a mysterious world. Although it is a place where latitude is high, it is unbelievable that there are such icebergs in summer season. And, the reflection projected to the water draws out an additional good effect in this image. Have a nice Friday!
Kind regards,
mikio

Hi Again,
Ah, I get cold just looking at this. You capture the atmosphere well, and the details of the floating iceberg. One day, I would love to see it.
Really good close up.

Good evening Kasia,
Saw this one long ago, and was puzzled if this picture was taken after any eruption happened (not the 2010 eruptions of Eyjafjallajφkull). There are 33 or 34 volcanos in Iceland.
There is ash residue on the ice, made some grey tones over white.
Nature's phenomenon shown marvelously.
Have a nice weekend.
Ike
