A view to the courtyard tree from inhabitat dilapidated house of Spinalonga island.

Spinalonga - is a small island in the entrance of the Elounda bay. There was a fortress of the Olounites in antique, then - the fortress of the Veneyians, then - a place for Ottomans during they occupation of Crete.

Since 1903 there was a colony for Crete lepers. After closing colony in 1957 island is inhabitat.
